Root folder ID
Open your JCRentals folder in Google Drive → copy the ID from the URL (the part after /folders/)
Migrate existing files to Drive
Uploads files stored in the database (old uploads) to the correct Google Drive folder. Safe to run multiple times — already-migrated files are skipped.
Clean up unit folders
Removes Banking, Building Deeds, Company Forms, Marketing, Taxes from unit subfolders and renames "Lease Templates" to "Lease".
